1. Who we are and what this is

FanaticVote (www.fanaticvote.com) is a free website where fans vote in polls. It is operated by GetNextOrder, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

2. Using the site

  • You must be at least 13 years old.
  • You can browse without an account. To vote, report or suggest, you create a free account with accurate details and keep your login private.
  • You get one vote per poll. Our voting rules and community guidelines are part of these terms.
  • Voting is always free. We don’t sell votes, and nothing you do on the site earns money or prizes.

3. What you must not do

  • Use bots, scripts, several accounts or any other way to influence results unfairly.
  • Try to break, probe or overload the site, or access data that isn’t yours.
  • Post or suggest anything unlawful, hateful, threatening, harassing, misleading, infringing, or that exposes private information.

4. Polls and results

Polls are for fun. Results show only the people who voted on FanaticVote and are not a scientific survey. We can create, pause, change, close or remove any poll at any time, and we can remove votes we believe are not genuine; totals are adjusted when we do. We don’t guarantee that any poll will stay open or that results will be exact.

5. Your content

If you send us a suggestion or message, you let us use it to run and improve the service, including turning a suggestion into a poll without credit or payment. Don’t send anything you don’t have the right to share. Names, logos and images of teams, people and brands in polls belong to their owners and are used to identify the options being voted on.

6. Accounts

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We can restrict or close accounts that break these terms. Account deletion doesn’t remove your vote from poll totals.

7. Donations

Donations are voluntary, in the crypto assets and networks shown on the Donate page. They are not refundable, they don’t give you any extra rights, and they never change your votes or what you see. Crypto transfers can’t be reversed: check the network and address before you send.

8. Intellectual property

The FanaticVote name, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to polls and take screenshots of results for personal, non-commercial use, with credit.

9. Our responsibility

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate but don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, we aren’t liable for indirect or business losses, and our total liability to you is limited to £100.

10. Reporting problems and takedowns

Use “Report this poll” on any poll, or email support@getnextorder.com. For copyright or trademark complaints, tell us what is affected, where it appears, and that you are the owner or act for them. We’ll review and respond promptly.

11. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you’re a consumer you keep any rights you have to use your local courts.
